What we collect

• Vehicle registration and tyre size you search for.
• Name, email address, phone number, home address and fitting address.
• Booking details: tyres, appointment preference, price paid and any promo code.
• Chat messages you send us.

We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

• To find tyres for your vehicle, take payment and fulfil your booking (contract).
• To send booking receipts and service messages (contract).
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the site (legitimate interests).
• To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

We don't sell your data or send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

• The fitting centre or mobile fitter carrying out your booking.
• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Vehicle Data Global — registration lookups.
• Tawk.to — live chat.
• Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Registration lookup results are kept for up to 1 year. Chat history is kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or move it elsewhere. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
