Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy tyres and book fitting through yotyres.co.uk ("YoTyres", "we", "us"). YoTyres is a trading name of Yote Ltd (company number 14072468), registered in England and Wales at 32 Rowan Way, Salford. By placing an order you agree to them. You can contact us at support@yotyres.co.uk or via live chat.
1. How YoTyres works
We sell tyres and arrange fitting. Fitting is carried out by independent partner fitting centres and mobile fitters. We remain responsible to you for your order, and we pass your booking details to the partner chosen to fit your tyres.
2. Tyre size and suitability
Vehicle and tyre-size suggestions from a registration lookup are a guide only. Before ordering, you must check that the size, load index and speed rating shown match the sidewall of your current tyres or your vehicle handbook. If the tyres ordered do not fit because the wrong size was chosen, we will help you exchange them, but extra costs may apply.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
- Prices include standard fitting and balancing unless stated. A mobile fitting fee may apply, as shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider, Stripe.
- If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before fitting and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Appointments
The date and time you pick is a preferred slot. Your fitting partner confirms the exact time. If a slot can't be met, we will offer another time or a full refund.
5. Your responsibilities
- Make your vehicle available at the agreed place and time, with keys.
- Have your locking wheel nut key available, if your car has locking wheel nuts.
- For mobile fitting, provide a safe, legal, level place to work.
If fitting can't go ahead for one of these reasons, a rebooking charge may apply.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before your tyres are dispatched to the fitter. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Guarantees and faults
Tyres are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Fitting work is guaranteed by the fitting partner. Please contact us promptly if you have a problem and we will arrange an inspection.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
